passion for photography. You may become a member or just visit to see what the club is all about.
Black & White Prints by Eric Schoondergang
Key elements in black & white images will be discussed as they apply to some example prints. Pre-visualization and retouching
techniques will also be discussed. Finally, Eric will present some tips to help get the print to look (approximately) the way the
photographer had hoped without going crazy.
Formally educated in Photographic Technology at what is now Lone Star College-Kingwood, Eric spent a few years in Houston
working as a photo lab technician, computer graphic artist and photographer before returning to college to earn a Master’s
degree in Finance. In 2003, he joined his wife, Lynn, who owns Ruby, a retailer of women’s accessories in Fort Worth.
Among his job duties with Ruby are small product photography and marketing graphics for both print and digital output. Eric and Lynn
enjoy reading, Fort Worth’s art scene, producing their own visual art and sharing people food with their dogs
Juanita, Feller, Joy and Izzy-Belle.
