Plano Photography Club Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of the Plano Photography Club, you agree to this Membership Agreement.

ELIGIBILITY

I am 18 years of age or older.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I acknowledge there are risks involved in participating in the events or activities of the Plano Photography Club, and I accept full responsibility for any injury or accident to myself.

I hereby waive all claims against the Plano Photography Club, its officers, agents, speakers, and instructors for any accident or injury (or any other damages of any kind) that I may sustain when participating in Plano Photography Club activities.

I am voluntarily participating in Plano Photography Club activities entirely at my own risk. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Plano Photography Club, its officers, agents, speakers, and instructors, including, without limitation, the payment of reasonable attorneys’ fees, for any claim that I may bring against such persons or entities.

USE OF MEMBER INFORMATION AND IMAGES

I acknowledge that the Plano Photography Club utilizes electronic communication of member information in addition to the website and newsletter display of qualifying members’ images.

I hereby provide my consent to all reasonable uses of any image I enter in any Plano Photography Club competition, exhibit, slideshow, or otherwise provide to the Plano Photography Club in any manner, including without limitation the posting of the image on the club’s website, the display of the image at club meetings, parties or activities, and the inclusion of the image(s) in club newsletters.

USE OF MEMBER LIKENESS

I acknowledge that while attending meetings and participating in activities, my likeness may be captured by fellow members. I consent to all reasonable uses of my likeness in any manner, including, without limitation, the posting of my likeness on the club’s website, the display of my likeness at club meetings, parties, or activities, and the inclusion of my likeness in club newsletters.

ADHERENCE TO CONTEST RULES

By entering club contests, I acknowledge that I have read the Plano Photography Club Competition Rules and will adhere to them.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

This agreement may be modified from time to time with the agreement of the club officers.
